Hey Guys,

Has someone sent me a link to this strength and conditioning program has anyone bought this or heard anything about this?

It's called The Ultimate Mma Strength and Conditioning Program:

Those are the 2 sites to look into about this. I checked that long address before visiting it with http://www.avg.com.au/resources/web-page-scanner/ and it came back clean. Looks like a couple of ebooks... not sure if those are safe to download though...

Needes a much longer intro, I ate breakfast, had a slur-pee, then walked over to Starbucks and had a non fat latte and then was so bored I fell asleep before any work was done, carrying a PVC pipe ten yards, wow!

That tire would fit on my escalade

When the PVC is filled about half full of water and it sloshes back and forth, it does take some effort...

May not seem like much to the highly tuned athlete but the weekend warriors out there do find it a little challenging...

Eric Wong's stuff is good. His eBooks are safe to download. He has conditioning program called Crazy-8's that's pretty tough. Although, it does get kind of monotonous after a few rounds..
