Needes a much longer intro, I ate breakfast, had a slur-pee, then walked over to Starbucks and had a non fat latte and then was so bored I fell asleep before any work was done, carrying a PVC pipe ten yards, wow!

When the PVC is filled about half full of water and it sloshes back and forth, it does take some effort...
May not seem like much to the highly tuned athlete but the weekend warriors out there do find it a little challenging... |
